Our Mission
Washington County Girls Softball League is a non-profit organization committed to providing young ladies (grades Pre-k to 12th) in Washington County Maryland and surrounding counties the opportunity to play fast-pitch softball in an organized environment. Program goals are to teach girls the fundamentals of softball while promoting good sportsmanship and encouraging exercise and citizenship that remain with them for years to come." 

We have four different divisions of fast pitch. Players of all levels are welcome! 

Elementary Coach Pitch Division [PreK-2nd grade] - Introduction to softball and learning fundamentals. Expect to see coaches on the field supporting all players. 

Elementary School Division [3rd -5th grade] - Where the fundamentals are taught.

Middle School Division - Where the fundamentals are practiced and to get the girls ready for high school competition if they choose to play on the school teams.

High School Division - Where the girls get to play, whether a player on their school's high school team or just to play.

                                          Game Days will be determined after number of teams have been established for each division.
